All our jewels are gold, silver, ruthenium, rhodium or nickel plating and are made with natural gemstones. The gems are stoned to extract the best of each gem, whether in color, brilliance or transparency. Each gem is unique what means there are no identical jewels. Imported from Brazil.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have five (5) days from the date you received your package to return it for a refund. Before return your purchase, please send an e-mail to braziliangemsjewels@outlook.com, including your name, address, phone number, the reason for the return, the order number/date and the amount of your purchase.
The product returned has to be in its original condition, including its box and not showing any sign of wear, damage, or alteration.
Original purchase shipping costs will not be refunded and the return shipping charges/costs are the responsibility of the customer (we do not cover them in any circumstance).
Once we receive the items returned we will refund your account and send an e-mail to inform you. Any items returned without return consent will be refused.
All Sale items and Sample items are final sale. The items bought using coupon code could be returned.
For hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale.
Delivery Information
Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to ship. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
All Canadian orders of $150 or more will be free shipping by standard shippment (Canada Post), unless FedEx option is chosen. The shipping time is approximate 1-7 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. An email will be send to you to confirme your payment and another one as soon as your package is delivered.
Orders of $149 or less:
BC residents: Canada Post $11 flat rate. FedEx Ground option $18.
Canada: Canada Post $15 flat rate. FedEx Ground option $25.
US and Other coutries:
